ABOUT ME
As a child I was extremely sensitive and absorbed the energy of those around me. I would sometimes imagine something happening, and then it would actually happen. I never paid much attention to this and certainly never explored it. That was the extent of my experiences with things that were "non-physical."
Growing up, we always had a family dog, but otherwise I never gave much thought to animals. I know that most animal lovers have been that way as long as they can remember, but not me. It was not until adulthood that I started feeling this connection. In my 20's, I adopted a very high maintenance and naughty German Shepard who changed my whole world. I became drawn to rescue animals and volunteered as much as I could with dogs and cats. I couldn't get enough. My heart ached for their little needy lonely souls and I had to help. In addition to volunteering at shelters and sanctuaries, I always had a stray I had picked up who was living in my guest room until I could find it a home. I also seemed to be a magnet for injured birds and squirrels.
Nearly 25 years ago, I first experienced "hearing" an animal's thoughts. It was a cool experience but I really didn't know what to do with it and I didn't share it with anybody.
Over the years I continued to volunteer and work with animals. I also became quite familiar with meditation techniques, and really listening to my intuition. (We all have these abilities. It just takes discipline to quiet the outside world and quiet our minds. It's really counteractive to what society is always pushing at us).
I have been a spiritual practitioner for almost 20 years, teaching yoga and meditation practices. An area of special interest to me is pet grief support. It has been an honor helping people through the heartache of dealing with the loss of their soulmate.
Eventually, I listened to my inner voice and explored what the animals had been trying to communicate with me. I'm so happy I did. Fast forward to today, I am proud and honored to be an Animal Communicator and Pet Loss Companion. This is a responsibility that I do not take lightly. The connections we have with our animals are loving, pure, and immeasurable. I am so privileged to be included in this sacred relationship between you and your pet.
Why Bluebird?
I have always loved Bluebirds. Every time I see one, I literally gasp out loud at their beauty. When I was a child watching Disney movies it was always the bluebirds that talked to, comforted and helped humans. And of course one of the best tunes has the lyric 🎵Mr. Bluebird on my shoulder ... 🎶 Also, there are a couple of songs I love with the title "Bluebird." So that is why I named this adventure, "Bluebird Animal Communication." This picture of a Bluebird is special to me because my mom drew it.
